Editing and Graphics
Versatile, fast, uncompressed, broadcast standard, non-linear, video editing at competitive prices. Using state of the art equipment and an undoubted flair for what works our editors can make an average programme excellent and a great programme stunning.
Video material can be sourced from Digital Betacam, Betacam SX, SP or DVC and mastered to the same formats. Audio can be captured from mini disc, tape or CD. There is close to a terabyte of picture storage which means that, unusually, projects can be left on the hard drives pending completion of a project. This saves costly re-grabbing of material in situations where a programme may need to be revisited on a number of occasions prior to completion.

All edit suites come equipped with a comprehensive range of digital video effects, both real time and software, which cover almost the full range of transitions and effects available for television. Add to that several 2D, 3D and animation graphics packages and it is possible to accomplish the most visually impressive imagery. Audio editing software allows us to clean up, match and accurately time sound files.
The voice over booth is directly adjacent to an edit suite and voice recording is direct to an edit suite hard drive. This can then be edited and saved within the project and backed up in a fully digital environment.

The whole infrastructure is networked to allow different parts of the same project to be worked on simultaneously. Because the whole system was designed by programme producers, rather than facilities providers, it is probably the most user friendly edit system available – directors love it.
